It is still wicked slow. You’re not leaning on NS hard enough.

Actually I have leaned very very hard on them. I have discovered over time that large companies operated by marketing and sales professionals don’t care about one customer. Whether I’m happy or not is irrelevant.

What I need to do is move. I don’t have time. It takes too much planning and effort I am however talking to a new ISP in Minnesota that specializes in PHP hosted sites. Once I get situated in my new job a little better I can work across a three day weekend and get everything moved. I pay to have the BBS software modified and installed since they can do it faster and safer.

I have spent hours trying to get Network SOlutions to care. They just don’t.
